Drove out to MoPac from Springfield. After feeling like crap for a couple days, this proved to be very tough. Knew halfway that it was going to be painful and it was. Averaged sub-8 through 8 and then 8:07/8:29/9:12 for the last 3. Not ready for that distance, humidity and combination of them both. Lots to do. Baby steps. No specific joint/muscle issues except for some recurring soreness in right hip.
