Moved Sunday group (RJ, Nel, John) to Walnut Creek to join Papillion group run. One guy, Jim, joined us for 2 loops of the lake (we did 3). Knocking out 7:30's all the way except for the first couple easy. Nice change of scenery...I could do that again. Went to the new Karay's location for breakfast. Just like old times. Felt good with some minor right side groin pain and under ball of right foot.

MTB Ride with wassE to Malvern for grub and back.

My tire air pressure started declining about 5 miles out from Malvern; completely flat upon arrival. No stem converter for pump or spare inner tube. #Amatuers

Said screw it and ate a huge breakfast at C&M.

Founds some nice biking folks who had a pump that fit stem and aired it up. Low and behold it held, turns out I forgot to screw down the thingy ma giggy after airing up this morning. ;)

Luckily got to ride back as planned.

Numbers were down this year. Bit warm for racing, nice to stand around and visit though. Didn't sleep real well, got a cold coming on. Ran like it as well. Heading east to watch a violin performance at Baxter Arena before heading south to watch baseball. Just another typical weekend.
