I could not sleep last night worth a darn. Kept reliving the mile yesterday. What I could do different. It's so odd--I hated every minute of it, but one hour later, I wanted to do it all again. To see if I could do better. Next year. Also, I was just thinking about the girls' races. They tried so hard. Everyone was so awesome to them. Just a great day.

Felt really good in the water. 50 quick laps before work. Now at work, and two nurses haven't shown up. Yep, it's a Monday.

Kind of weird morning. It was darker on my usual route than I can ever remember. I was actually a little anxious heading onto Field Club as I couldn't see the path clearly. It ended up being pretty neat as the trail was laced with lightning bugs. It was actually really pretty.

Went as easy as possible on this run as my hip was a little tight yesterday. Did 12 miles easy spinning post along with some weights.
