Pace was OK and had good pace with the wind until I hit some shrapnel on the last bridge on South Locust! Fixing the flat just seemed to suck my energy...Still rode OK, but without as much zip as before the flat...May have started to overheat while sitting still on the roadside.

Slow run/walk, hammies are both tender as well as my right foot. Probably because I used flags to mark the course and with all the leaning over to put them in and pick them up. Lots of stick rolling in my future. Fair was a huge success, lots of stuffed animals to send home. Three late nights in a row for me, going to take a while to recover. Everybody is sound asleep still this morning, finally wore them out.
