With Linda. We both had cortisone injections last week, current medicine dictates surgery as a last resort instead of quick fix. Swelling down, pain free for the first time in maybe 3 years. Lots of strength work has helped. Running in water yesterday I realized I can mimic the exact body position and follow through and effort as if running on dry land. Gave me the confidence to get out today, hopefully now able to do just this occasionally.

Greg, Bryan, Tom, Matt & Me for some Trails To Celebrate The Solstice! Some random loops at Wilderness. My lamp was subpar. (Someone was using my good one). I stuck like glue to Bryan as to not catch a tree root. I love the trails so much. :). Good start to the day and I'm feeling a bit refreshed having made some Springtime decisions. Excited for the new year. :)

Third day in a row at work before I get Thursday and Friday off. And then head back to work all weekend. Ho Ho Ho. :.(

Have a great Winter Solstice Day.
