Elliptical again today. Since I sweat off my body weight yesterday, I was left a little flat today. I lost focus a bit planning out my 2019...could be some more big changes again. So this 7.1 miles today took 61 min instead of my usual 60.

And yes, desperate to run. PT says Wednesday...outside...15 minutes. :))

Now at work and it's a disaster with a capital D.
