Chilly, but not too windy yet. I felt tired this run, so I opted not to run miles 10-14. I just got it done.

Finally earned my first "I Ran With Carl" badge this morning! First 2 solo, the 10+ with the group on the Super 10 with Subway extension (also both firsts for me). Ran the rest with Meleia, Theresa and Jimmy. Thanks to Jimmy for bringing me in the last 4-5 miles.

Easy long run with Tanner at Rampart Reservoir. Easy is a relative term when we're talking 9,000-9,500 ft. A lot of single track, small rolling hills.

Planned on going longer but even with a couple of layers I was under dressed. Needed a bit more glove and a shell would have been nice.

Tails n Trails 1 mile with the family. Wanted to get the kids out to see a race since they have asked about them in the past. Wasn't really a race but the kids treated it that way. It was cool to get to run with the whole family together.

Usual Suspects really hurt the first mile. After that things went from ok to decent. A day off really makes things worse.

CongratZ to Rod Szwanek; dude came out and earned his first #IRanWithCarl badge!

Met Theresa, Meleia, Rod, Thomas, Thomas, David and James; went Super10, feat Dundee Subway (LewEE's first ride!).

Grateful that the group waited a couple of minutes for me to arrive; damn Chinese fitness tracker alarm went off @ 4:45, not @ 4:15 when it was set to (wtf?!).

Enjoy your Saturday, and weekend; FiL, BiL, April and I are watching the Royals of Kansas City play the Braves of Atlanta, in a match up of baseball tomorrow. Can't wait to wear my Kansas City Monarchs fedora!

Twenty miler. 5.5 miles on my own and 13.1 Running With The Cows. 1.5 at the end. Matt paced 1:40. This is a great little race. Lots of hills though. I felt so good on this twenty. Tried to take it easy. I did feel like I had some left in the tank. It was hard for me to be in a race and not push it to the limit. So happy how this turned out. :)

Not long now. :)

Is it still February or March? Bit cool for May. They delayed the 10k's last night by an hour hoping the wind would diminish. Didn't work, just was colder. Fun to watch and work, both were good races. 18 men and 26 women. 5000 on Sunday has nearly 40 in each. Soccer, baseball, and then track on the agenda today. Have a great Saturday.
