To the pool for a quick swim before work. I felt really super good. My two bananas a day for carb loading is paying off! For some reason this swim help bring some confidence back. Wow, what a roller coaster of emotions.

  • Dan Dan Thanks. The first race I did following my dad's death was the 2009 Miami Marathon and this was one song blasting out. The connection with my siblings following the passing of our father struck me when the line " I'm your brother" resounded.
