Mollak was kind enough to not only meet me for an early, early run; but, to also acquiesce my couple of bouts of poositis during the run, allowing me to walk some. Humidity? Extra weight? Excuses? Whatever is causing me to have a real lack of "oomph" during runs, this past week / 10 days: I say, "My name is NO!". Don't want.
