After the mountain biking adventure yesterday I was sore and tired so I wasn't really looking forward to this run. Post run I was still tired but the soreness was gone. Ran through campus again. Not quite as busy as last Monday.

Campus hill repeats. 3x1K loop and 3 x 600m loop alternating loops and directions. Working hard on the uphills and recovering on the downs. It's a sad day when I am not working that hard but still putting it to my varsity. If a 55 year old dude is kicking my ass when I'm a teenager, I kick back. Claudia core workout after. Did easy 2 lake loop when I got home.

Met "Jimmy and The Westsiders" for a go @ their "114th Loop", which features a hill called "Little ****er"; however, a certain someone wouldn't call it by that name (no matter how much both Jimmy and I tried to get ... them ... to), that person would only call it "Bucker". Ha!

Enjoyed the route, but the company was much more mucho gusto.

Ugh, not ready for work today!

This was a weekend of b-b-b-bads!

Bad eating (junk food)
Bad hydrating (wine)
Bad exercising (none)
Bad sleeping (laid awake all night)

But the knee was better today. :)

Busy weekend starting Millard West Football Friday night to watch Marching Band. Sad state of respect by younger generation and I'm talking Elementary Level; WhereTF are kids parents? daBoss = Livid #OldSchool

Celebrated oldest son Birthday, 18 goes by way too quick. He's pumped that he gets to VOTE now. Impressive as I didn't start paying attention until at least 30.

Played Mechanic most of the weekend as well, fixed Mom's car that wouldn't start...changed Front, Rear Brakes and Oil on son's car and wrapped up some photog work.

Cancelled #MOonTanMonday as I got burnt coaching FUTBOL this weekend anyway...so no sunscreen necessary today. Thanks #MotherNature

Plans in the works with wassEone to MTB to end of 'Bash and Back this Fall, if interested #Holler

And got to see #DanTheMan out driving around. ;)
  • Linny Linny Sounds like an impressive weekend! Happy BDay to your boy. He sounds like a good one. :) And totally agree about the kid thing. The lack of respect I see is astonishing. Even shocks my girls. I guess that's a good thing. :) Happy Monday, G.
