Well, didn't sleep worth a darn. So restless and tossing and turning. Mind racing. And body getting stiffer by the second. I wore a thigh sleeve thing during the race yesterday, and HELLO!, it left this cut around my entire upper thigh. Yep, it's even worse than it sounds. So...I thought I'd head to the pool.

Thought I would feel like death, but I really felt pretty good. Working out the kinks. It was a really nice swim. I almost couldn't stop smiling in the water. I never thought a 4 hour marathon would make me happy, but it really did!! Weird. But the support I've had....can't beat it. I'm so lucky.

Molly has a xc meet today at Pioneers. Will be a fantastic day to run. Can't wait to get out there. :)

moxie 4 hours is a major accomplishment. Plus, you raced hard for 4 hours. I've only gone that long once and it was horrific. It wrecked me for over a month.
