Slept in an extra 1/2 hour. Felt warm outside this morning. I'm guessing the cloud cover held in some warmth. My cold seems to be a bit better. Not much exciting other than breaking out a new pair of shoes.

Linny Do not underestimate the power of new shoes. They are super exciting. :) Glad your cold is better.

Damn cat woke me up at 2:30. I tried falling back to sleep, but no dice. Decided to do some slow cooker work. I'm somewhat confident I'm the only person who makes stuff in that thing and it's done before going to work. Did 75 minutes easy spinning + 60 minutes weights + running. Legs felt good during running, but overall pretty beat. Still, ran sub-8:00s without really trying so that's ok by my standards.

Happy Thursday. Go Texans!

Linny I thought I was over the top, but you are nuts with that workout!!! And cooking before sunrise, just puts you in the crazy category. :) Have a great day, Mox.

In "Scarface", Al Pacino's character said: "I always tell the truth. Even when I lie." Currently, Trump and Hillary are playing tug of war to use that line as their official campaign slogan.

Linny Is there a third option?? :/
- posted at 08:46:00 EDT

moxie I blame this election cycle entirely on the media. When the money starts to dry in real journalism, it all becomes click bait. This is a downward spiral that I see devolving even lower in years to come.

these are not endorsements, purely informational

Yes, I will still vote even though my initial candidate is "out"
- posted at 12:30:00 EDT

Dan Agree with Jerrod. That, and I am just wondering if it was only purely NAME RECOGNITION that got Hillary and Trump as their parties nominees. That in itself is unfair and digusting.
- posted at 12:44:00 EDT

Dan Not trying to go all political here (although I do like talking politics), initial post was just making a joke...based on reality in my opinion.
