Ventured down to Lincoln to catch a 20k run with Greg & John. First 10k easy, last 10k at MP. Felt really comfortable.

Breakfast at Stauffers afterwards, then over to the Hattan's to hang with the 1 year old twins for a couple of hours. Totally love this time. Nothing more precious in life than having a sleeping baby in your arms.

Song of the day: Miss You (Dance Version) remastered by the Rolling Stones.

Merry Christmas everyone.

Pretty tough toward the end. I felt the weight of my decision when I walked a mile in after finishing. Only 1/3 of my self inflicted sentence in a few weeks. I'll blame the rolling hills and altitude.

Early seven on the mill before work. 1%. Felt pretty good considering the craziness and not much sleep. I'm pleased that pushing the pace is feeling ok. Hope that just gets better and better.

20 push-ups after every mile. (140:)

Heading to work. Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. And the day after that. One day at a time. Thankful that my girls and I are so very fortunate to have our health. And each other. :)

Merry Christmas, Ndorfnz. :)
