What a difference a day makes. Got up to pee during the night and my quads were still not functioning well, but by the morning they were much better. Lots of easy pace miles. Only 1 brief stop at 11.5 miles to pee, drink 6 oz of water and eat 2 figs and 2 apricots. I was running out of energy by the last 2 miles but got it done.

Strength circuit at Y later on.
