30% incline for the duration: 3:00 up/down, 5:00 intervals brought an increase in elliptical resistance, and 3 sets of resistance band side-to-side step, hip strengthening, exercises. Trembling by the 3rd iteration, grunting and incoherent by the last. A sweaty, hot mess @ the end.

One good thing about the rain--MO came to spin!! We are all tired of running in the cold and wet. Made my morning. :). Now, strength with Heidi. Then, a VERY COLD track meet at Lincoln High. Molly's racing the mile and the 800. I've packed her hat, gloves, and swim parka. :/ I'm hoping to snag a front row parking spot to cheer her on from my Kia. Seat warmers! :D
