Back at it after a few days off with allergies. Feeling much better and the run went pretty well.

Song of the day: "I Take My Chances" by Mary Chapin Carpenter. Notable change in lyrics: on the original, she sings "I flipped my channel back to CNN and I lit another cigarette". Shortly after coming to her senses and quitting smoking, she changed the lyric in live performances to "I THREW AWAY my cigarettes!"
