My cars were all spoken for, so plan was to walk to Cutler Park but I got a late start so I had to mostly run to make it there in time. Ran 6.3 miles. Walked 1 mile. Ran 4 miles at Cutler with Chris D, Corky and Pat. Got a ride from Corky to the Y. Strength circuit. Walked home. Took a "shortcut" through Norwood Town Forest. Eventually found my way out. Ended up walking 6.5 miles, almost a mile more than if I'd stayed on the roads.

An awesome run with Kaci and Miguel. Haven't seen those two in quite a while. We had a two mile warm up and then ran a 30 minute tempo. I mainly tried to help Kaci along at her pace. The heat and humidity made it tough. It was great getting to run with her and Miguel again.
