Holy jeez, what a grind. Thankfully, Skocz allowed me a couple of walk breaks (when, oh when, am I going to quit "needing" those?!).

The breeze out of the south was perfection though.

Still though, I was dripping sweat, shoes were squishy, and I stank to high heaven @ the end. Gross.

Kind of a broken up progressive tempo. Workout was
