Ride was great for the first 15 miles and then I had to turn into the wind and it got pretty sucky for a long time. Still, glad I got something in today.

A little rain never hurt anybody! Good turnout at this years race, despite the rain. Whit and Wes lined up for the kids race and Wes just melted down. Got a big case of the butterflies and didn't want to do it. Abbie ran with him as he cried the entire way around. I'm sure Gary got some good pics of that! Whit took off like a bullet and got 3rd just behind a couple older boys. Abbie did well and was happy with her results, I... have some work to do. Corporate Cup is next.

12 alone. Felt pretty good the first half. Into the wind and uphill the second half was a lot tougher. A bit downtrodden lately. Was hoping this run would help. Not the magic pill I was hoping for.

To East Alumni run after. Waited out the rain and watched Kyle get third. Small crowd, but Molly was in her element volunteering. Her coach even let her shoot the gun when the race was over. She was all grins.
