The wind was no bueno. Should have worn my gloves. Hands were slipping and sliding the whole ride. Now off to Stromsburg to watch the eclipse and then back to Colorado.

Family fun run from Kearney Holiday Inn w/Alice, Maya and Martin. Ran 3 with them at about 10 minute pace then added a couple solo at 8:00. Needed an easy day. Now to Litchfield for the eclipse!

Total Eclipse Of The Plan. 😎

Headed out solo to see just what might happen. Feeling ok. Feeling like I really want to run. Just taking things day by day. :)

Picked a really terrible return route to Cooper. Lots of stopping and starting. TONS OF TRAFFIC. This Eclipse has people nuts. Stopped and talked to some tailgaters who came all the way from Minnesota (?). They had quite the impressive trailer with all the bells and whistles. I guess if you're the type to travel across the country for 80 seconds of eclipsing, you would have quite the impressive trailer.

I hope the skies clear. Cloudy now at work. ER is hopping with "Anxiety" as the main diagnosis. Good times. :)

Happy Eclipsing!!

Quiet except for 3 barking dogs until 5:45, #lawnmowerman fired it up. Earliest he has started all summer. Good to see the clear skies, hope it holds all day. Enjoy the Eclipse.
