Ran to the track to meet Matt for his mile repeats. I have missed the track. It was really nice just he and I. He killed his workout. He's very ready for Des Moines next weekend. As is Scott. As is Bryan. I know they will all BQ. I finally told Matt this morning that I will shift my focus from racer to cheerleader. Support my friends in all ways. To the end.
