Similar goal as last year of running easy for first 3 and then seeing who I could catch or what pace I could hold to the end. Turned out better than I planned. Just hope I didn't leave next weekends race out there but I don't think so. Never got that far into oxygen debt and even though working hard, just didn't feel that taxed. 6:51/6:56/6:47 for first 3 (6:51 avg) then 6:21/6:39 (uphill)/6:15/6:16/6:19/6:23/@6:13 for 0.38 (by my watch). Averaged 6:22 over the last 6.3.
