Groundhogs Are Idiots and My Legs Are Crying. 🤕

Weeellllll yesterday I took a pretty nasty fall yesterday off the treadmill. Going way too fast and my feet got tangled up. I held onto the railings for dear life while copious amounts of skin got shredded off my legs. Smart! Poor Gracie was looking at my legs with horror. Yep. It’s true. Running is going to be the death of me. This was 6.5 Miles into my 8 mile run. And you bet your ass I hopped back on and finished my run. My after shower brought me to tears. And wearing pants is the devil. So I hobbled to spin this morning where people looked at me like I was nuts/crazy. :(. My poor legs. Used to be my best feature....now, I got nothin.


Happy Friday. Back to work. All weekend long.

Great to see people I haven’t seen in a long time since. It was cold. Went to get a coffee at a gas station after. A lady had locked herself out of her running vehicle by the building. I used a flat head screwdriver, four wooden shims, and an aluminum yard stick to get in to the vehicle. I’m sure it was funny to see a dude in a bright orange Boston jacket and running tights breaking into a car
