Went to Dr. Schmidt for an adjustment. Last one was 14 months ago. He confirmed what the trainer told me about inflammation at the hamstring connection to the ischium. Need to keep icing. Jogged with the kids at practice but slow and painful so didn't get the miracle cure I had hoped for. Going back in a week.

Was able to watch Ross play soccer last night. Its Prestons birthday today so we will be able to eat lunch with him. Then we will go to Jenas track meet this afternoon weather permitting. Scheduled to watch Ashers soccer match tomorrow, probably not much chance of that happening. Most of the state is in a winter storm watch, this part is in a tornado watch. It really is sprinter season.

Early solo before work. I was so looking forward to the temps this morning, and they did not disappoint. All 65 of them. :)) I was so sweaty!! Made my day, this run did. This proves I am a warm weather girl, if there was ever a doubt.
