The last three weeks have been a roller coaster. Last ten days of no running, but I got in 4+ hours of aqua jogging, and some biking and time on the arc trainer. Yesterday I started having less pain in my calf and knew I was nearly ready to try running again. This morning I knew it was go time. Started with just 15 minutes, felt good so kept going. Extreme high and so much happiness and then I got the phone call that my husband's grandma had passed away. There is no one on earth like this woman and we are devastated. Travel plans up in the air but it will all work out. The trust and patience process has been a big part of my days lately.
