Group workout led by NDORFNZ Alum Thomas "RunAll50" Macy; his first time flying solo, did great (far as this FNG can tell).

Naturally, it featured some running. ;)

Moons aligned for me to be able to make it to the evening F3 AND run a few prior; so, take full advantage of that I did.

Last mile was .1 on/offs.

I was heading towards a zero day, then I read CWarg’s comment in my running log and that changed everything!

Two late nights in a row. Watched the fireworks off our deck last night, quite the show between the fireworks, fire flies, and the lightning. Went to the lake Tuesday night, nice display there but missed the fireworks next door when a State Patrolman and two deputies were called in for some type of disturbance. Haven’t found out what it was yet. I miss our old neighbors...

Some Jillian before work. I’m very stressed about work. A job opportunity. And I don’t wait patiently. I’m trying very hard to realize everything happens for a reason, and to focus on the positive. It’s out of my control and in the Big Guy’s hands. :). Thank goodness.

Hope you all had a safe and fun 4th.
  • BetzE BetzE Good luck! I'm sure it will all work out for the best :)
