Mixing it up since I'm not supposed to run, yet, so I did a 45 minute full body workout then walked on my treadmill. It was pretty fun :).

Have a great weekend!

getfuzzy oh that sounds like a very good workout!

Really didnt want to head out the door, but so glad I did. I just love my besties. Great day to run. Lots of Des Moines talk about how we love that town and its race. Ryan and Jason head there after awesome training. They will kill it.

Molly and I head to PBA tonight to be Medical First Responders at Fleetwood Mac. Sweet. :)

Happy Friday. :)

theDude I imagine that it will be a tamer crowd than Metallica. Unless there are some upset Lindsey Buckingham fans there.

Linny Yes, for sure. The Metallica crowd kept us very busy. Lots of head injuries. Cant imagine there will be that much head banging to Landslide. :)

THE Outlaws v. Parents annual match last night! So much fun!

Parents 7 Outlaws 1

Interestingly enough...I'm more sore after 60 min of FUTBOL compared to 60 min of jogging.

Don't forget your huskerzHunch, let the streak begin! ;)

Linny Good job, Parents!! And yes, so much lateral movement in soccer. Very different than the forward progress in running. Thats why so many runners get injured playing weekend soccer. Good work, G. :)
