This run was really great. Miles 6 through 11 progressive - 7:28, 7:24, 7:19, 7:13, 7:07, 6:58. I tried this same run last year before the halfsy and failed miserably. Looking forward to race day!

Lil' Bday Run with theWassEone and 1/2 with Kelly Crawford. Ran my 10 mile PR this morning. LOL, love the memories; but truly love where life it as well now. :)

WassE turned 56 week back and Kelly turns 56 this upcoming week.

Cleaning garage, replacing some light fixtures, mowing the lawn and then watching Nebraska start the streak.

I've been looking for my fav Nebraska sweatshirt for months, my daughter was adamant she didn't have. Low & behold guess what I found in laundry this morning! :)

Let the streak begin!
