Papillion [20181208]: A Winter Run w/ #OurFriendDan

Because of this, that and the other, I had kinda planned to goose today; BUT, a surprise invite from the warm weathered Dan had me excited to get out the door!

Couple of dangerous spots, but, overall, streets, walks & trails of Papillion are in pretty decent shape; nice work (nearly) everyone!

I was thrilled that Carl was able to meet me for a run on a non-traditional time (noon) and on a Saturday to boot! It had been too long since I saw him and it was great to catch up with him again!

Song of the day: "In My Life" by the Beatles...in my opinion, one of John Lennon's finest songwriting and performances, Beatles or solo. I will always remember (in a sad way) his senseless murder which happened on this day in 1980.
