Mollak and I parted ways, he headed towards Westside, I to the parking garage @ 67 & Pacific (the "winter quarters" of F3's The Woodshed).

A little moseying in between rounds of 15 of this, 15 of that, 15 of the other and 15 of another; fun!

This F3 thing has really done a number on me; I'm stronger, for sure, but, my diet is still terrible, so I the spare tire remains. Le Sigh.
