Bit chilly but not too bad other than my feet. I need to get some shoe covers. Would have liked to go farther if the toes weren't getting frostbite. Legs were a little tired for a bit but seemed to recover as I went. Hopefully I can start running again soon. I was a bit jealous of the runners on the trail and around Lake North.

Trying to get out again after taking 3-4 months off for a hip flexor issue (among other issues...). Hoping to declare the Year of the Injury OVER!

Just an easy start today. 4 minutes on at 6.0 and 1 minute off at 1.0. Will stay that way for a while - slow progress. It feels good to have that old, familiar post run feeling back today....

There were a few areas of black ice and I think I found most of them. Did a few half dance moves, which are a full move more than I like to do. The last one caused my right foot to protest so decided to head in. Full day of officiating yesterday, 4 9th grade games before a 3 hour wait for the jv game. Not a big fan of the Stars but it went ok. Dinner Theatre in Kearney today. No rest for the wicked.
