The hound tagged off after 7 miles and I ran 5, my dear sweet sequestered Linda continues on for 16. I reminded her that 35 years ago she was a sprinter at Burke, part of a record setting 4 X 800 from what I understand. Had scholarship offers in both track and gymnastics. Getting serious if shy about Lincoln, on she goes.....

Worked first and then exercised--and it was light out! Ran some trails today. No bugs, no overgrowth.

and then.... a bald eagle flew overhead, swooped down and caught a fish.

Carolyn, The Good Pastor, and Myself from our favorite spot, Meadowlark. We ran to Pioneers Park on the trail. Could not have been more perfect out there. The tree-lined path was just glowing from the moon and stars. We felt rather sappy saying how pretty everything was...over.. and over. :)

Coffee and laughs post run at Meadowlark.

Happy Good Friday, Everyone. :)
