Showed up and I knew it was gonna be fast, so I opted for the bike. But, I was so flustered by the arrival of our Lexus Pace Car, that I yes indeed, locked my key in the car first thing. Well done!! I am not sure the problem I have with my key repeatedly....I am responsible for the lives of two children all on my own, but I cannot take care of a car key, so help me..... Anyway, thankfully Matt always knows a guy and within 15 minutes and 19 dollars, I was good to go. Caught up with the boys for a nice ride.

Race talk today! Mostly M2M waves times. Ben explained to me the scientific method behind determining the starting times for each team. It's rocket science and brain surgery rolled into one. :)

Then to Heidi for 30 min of personal training. My legs were jello.

Another CC meet today at Pioneers! A big one! I can't wait!

Have a great Thursday.

Workout Wednesd... err, Thursday. Kept these comfortable, havn't done much "speed" work in a while. Mile 1 and 2 were spot on, 3 was a tad fast, 4 was off pace... but it is all uphill.

Ran with pepper spray for the first time ever. More of an angry dog concern than anything. Bought it for my wife, who runs solo in the dark too much for my liking.
