The course looked so good yesterday afternoon. Ran carefully on the downhills and through the puddles and mud. Messed up stomach too. About 6 porta potty stops during my warm up and then straight there from the finish line. We had a 50+ scoring team, so that's all that matters.

Ran it as a somewhat hard long run. Started in last wave 12 minutes after the gun so had to weave through 8000 or so runners. Then hopped on bus to the Vikings stadium where I'm now watching my Texans get demolished.
