Really easy around the lakes. No major issues to mention but just overall soreness so running really easy and taking in the cool air and light rain.

I knew from the moment I rolled out of bed, this would be tricky. I was not feeling it....in the least. Bryan, Matt, Jason, Greg, Mark and myself struggled through this one. You could tell Bryan and Jason didn't do M2M---they were able to function! I'm always amazed how this day can zap you. I only ran 10 miles, but geez, you'd think I ran 26. I just couldn't go fast on Saturday. Kinda disappointing. It felt tough. I did tell Matt yesterday, that I'm kinda over this racing thing for awhile. Then I remembered I have a 21 mile race in two weeks. :/

Now at work, where my Monday is continuing along in the same fashion as it started.

Did have a big day yesterday. My Molly turned 15. I was so excited to give her present to her. I got her a letter jacket. Yep, I bought it before she earned her letter. I was nervous for awhile, but she came through. She was so happy. I can't believe how she is growing up. And I just love being with that kid. Ugh. My baby. :)
