Good group with Mary, Jay, Harvey, Bob. Legs tired from 2 weeks of high mileage, but felt strong. Slightly aggressive target was 95. Each time I asked legs to work harder, they did.

Couldn't tell if the driver was being careless, or could care less, BUT, sumbitch came WAY too close to clipping me (@ Ridgewood & Gold). I dropped the hammer to see if I could see said driver again; yep, sure did. Issued the driver a 2-word, 7-letter utterance, whilst pointing directly @ the "very nice person". The worst.

Anyway; the show last night was nothing short of fantastic, haven't danced that hard, or come away that sweaty, in a L O N G time.

I've already voted, that means Drumpf & Hillary won't be on my TV tonight... right?!

Bright and early by myself before work. Very nice morning and a pleasant run. Felt good despite jumping on the inflatable pillows at the pumpkin patch for at least an hour yesterday. Those things are an accident waiting to happen. I was getting some air! Highlight was when I heard a 7 year old kid say that jumping with these teenagers is fun. :D. Matt said he saw the boy's mom take off his glasses before jumping, but nonetheless, I'm still riding that wave. :)

So Mollys teammate's shins are better, so Molly will go to State xc as an alternate. That's how it should be. She has had such an amazing season with this coach and this team at East. The next four years are gonna be a ton of fun.

Now at work, hope things start to look up.
