Gloves and hat weather but a beautiful day. Stayed local to LaPlatte, 5th St.gravel, Capehart, Stonecroft and Black Hawk trails and down 36th plus a loop of Chris. Not a bad route. Felt tired but ran last 3 sub-7:30 with some downhill help.

Worked first because I felt like running in the light. Ran along Lake Vadnais and was rewarded with the company of 6 trumpeter swans along the shore AND a mallard couple.
No one home at the Muskrat residence.

The colors are nothing short of unbelievable this year.

  • Linny Linny They work pretty well. :). And I just count my laps. I've been doing sets of 500, so just count down my laps ten at a time. And, I do not have an Apple Watch. I AM a Garmin girl. I wear it swimming, but it does not count my laps. That's all up to me. :)
