Right before I went running, I got an email from work that made me see red. So effing mad. so off I went and ran rather fast, came back 1 minute faster.

And the whole run there is this conversation going on in my head: Self, why are you taking this so personally? Do you have too big of an ego? Why can't you just laugh it off for what it is--a bunch of B.S. and move on?

And I've been a little sad lately so by the time the run was over, I felt like crying instead of screaming! FunnyNotFunny.

And then I logged in here and see all you awesome people and I felt immediately better. Miles apart but not really. You all are my happy people. :))

I'm done with the speech now.
