Not really a true tempo but it was faster than easy. Just trying to get some miles in between taking the girls to school and logging into work. Big day planned with a work break to vote and get my oil changed.

baldguy Oil change and voting - both are "slippery" tasks, especially this year.

Running - Aerobic	8 miles 00:00:00	Height: 189

Easy hour. Beautiful outside, but I am tired of running in the dark.

BUT, unlike yesterday, I felt great. Maybe it was incredible amount of halloween candy I ate yesterday.

Anyone racing either of the two 5ks tomorrow AM? Red Kettle is at Zorinsky, the other is at Chalco. I'm thinking about it, but will probably opt for a long run or workout instead.

BetzE What a difference a day makes :)

Me and, who else, but Jill, at 415. Have to work early, and I wanted coffee with the guys, so I went early. Good convo and beautiful stars. Quick shower and zoomed to Meadowlark for coffee with Bryan and Matt. These two are going for PRs on Sunday, and I know they can do it. Greg got an opportunity to run NYC with a charity group this weekend, so he jetted off. So happy for him. Lots of laughs before heading across the street for work.

Hope to see you all on Sunday. Good luck to all! Love this race. I'm pacing 2:00. Lots of good folks running with me. Gonna help people get their PR, that is the plan anyway, namely my little girl, Molly. :)

TGIF. For real!! No work for me this weekend! Hallelujah!!! :)

Dan Good on ya for pacing! And good luck to Molly on that PR!

This was a tough run today. Sore legs and a cranky neck.

When I passed the Muskrat residence, I heard a plop in the water. I suspect it was Mr. or Mrs. Muskrat doing a flip turn during their morning swim. :))

Heading to St. Louis this morning. Wish it was baseball season cuz I'd go to a Cardinals game!!
