Was feeling down in the dumps about my race yesterday, so I headed to the pool. It helped!! Lots of laps to remember that I ran yesterday 45 sec per mile faster than at the Goatz trail run just a month ago--same place--Lake Cunningham! Sure that was 20 miles compared to 13, but who's counting.
