Me and Matt headed to Red Dirt to run with Lori as part of her 40 for the day to celebrate her turning 40, which really happened last January (?). Anyway, Eddie, Kevin, and the Big Dog-Jim On The Bike, for some hilly miles. My legs held up ok considering my trail race on Thursday, which according to everyone, I "need to stop complaining about it because he's heard enough and doesn't want to hear another word about it." Felt pretty good. I was cold in my shorty shorts though that is for sure.

BIG group run headed by none other than BIG Su! Lots of fun to see everyone this morning. Su's route was to be 15+- miles. There were 6 of us that broke off at Happy Hollow and Western, running back west opting for a shorter run. It was Sarah, Theresa, Justin, Paul, Shawn and myself. Hit the dreaded Sniper hill and a few other hillz on the return for a lively morning. Wonderful way to start the day with these fine folks!
