Hi, I've missed my Ndorfnz. :))

My mom is having triple bypass on Wednesday so I've been in Wisconsin. She had an attack 11/20 but feels very well now. Last person I would expect to have a heart attack. Have been exercising a bit everyday but haven't been logging. Just wanted to check in. Hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving. Miss you all. :)). See you again soon.
