Chilly Pi Run! Almost any other day, shoes that breathe well is a good thing.That wind blowing through the shoes really frosted the toes! I figured out how I injured my knee a few years back. My toes were so cold, I started to heel strike until I felt it in the knee and forced myself back to proper form.

Also, "Eddie Shawn" is my new favorite 2nd/3rd grade girls basketball coach. Go get 'em, "Eddie Shawn"!!

We were treated to the dark shadows of 4 or 5 deer; could've been mountain lions, but, they certainly looked like deer. ;)
