Man alive are the side streets sketchy (mostly due to ice, but there were three hooligans out running, looked like two of them were in shorts); justinmollak, carljsamuelson and smilEy on the mean, icy streets of Omaha's Westside, Regency and Loveland areas.

Forced to either walk/baby-step or run in the grass in quite a few spots; running up one hill I caught some ice, right leg slipped for a second and my kneecap popped out for the briefest of moments... patellar subluxation is a bitch.
