A run for The Pastor and his bundle of joy on the way. :). I pulled out all the stops for this one. The run was full of off color, non-baby shower appropriate humor. Just the best morning with my besties. :) Friday morning coffee quest-- The Coffee House. Great stuff. Great location. Capitol Mall Loop, UNL Track Loop, and Campus Loop. And the jog stroller was a huge hit. :))

TGIF. Have a great weekend.

Would have much rather run Super 8 with the gang, but settled for walking on my treadmill to try to follow the doctor's orders.

If you're feeling like pancakes, the pancake man will be at Westside High School tomorrow morning from 8-11am (at 10am, there is a soccer clinic put on by the boys and girls varsity soccer teams for kids).

Have a good weekend!

I've been having to run on the treadmill at a decline because that seemed to be what my glute could tolerate. Tried it outside this morning and that felt really good. Cool air on my face, changing scenery, and a good friend and good conversation at my side. Great start to the day!
