The run was 6 miles easy and the last 10 at slightly faster than GMP. For today, the afternoon worked better for me than the morning for the run. Can't believe Boston is 2 weeks and a day away!

Had planned to run this one with a mate, but she bailed, so solo running it was. I have never felt stronger than I do right now, and after my highest mileage ever of almost 60 miles in the last seven days, I'm finding this feeling incredible. Glute and everything is feeling good. FIFTEEN DAYS!

On my bike I met up with the guys on their run. Legs feeling good after yesterday's run. Kept wishing I was on my feet. Mainly because I was a wet, frozen ice block on my bike. Turned toward home early because ice pellets were pelting my eyes. :)
