I haven't been able to do hill work since February. These felt sooo good. I've missed the challenge of hills. Got to run on my favorite minimum maintenance roads, a bit muddy, but not terrible considering all the snow we had that's already melted!

Song of the day: "Reelin' in the Years" by Steely Dan. For me, the star of the song is studio wiz guitarist Elliot Murphy on lead. So precise and clean with his solos, yet it sounds spontaneous instead of forced. Great twin harmony lead later with Jeff "Skunk" Baxter, reminiscent of the ending harmony guitar solos in "Blowin' Free" by Wishbone Ash.
