Jobsite to Plattview Rd. to 96th St and back. Turned on Choke Cherry Rd and a big dog started barking at me. I decided with the dog barking and the heat I turned around and ran back. Definitely not ready for this kind of heat yet

Left Niobrara and got to Center. From there I was running out of time to get back home to Omaha and it was pretty boring riding alone, so I called it a day.
  • freejack freejack Hey that's my stomping grounds! Running from Bloomfield to Center to Creighton is much better than running from Bloomfield to Center to Verdigre. So many hills around here, but very pretty. Great day for a ride!

Did yoga + lifting before. Nice easy running. My legs felt like garbage all weekend. They're starting to come around. Happy monday!
  • carljsamuelson carljsamuelson I saw that fast training run half you ran a couple of days ago; I thought, his legs must be nearing garbage. ;)
