Met up with Theresa, Dave and Jimmy. Some lightning, but mainly south, so we thought we'd try it and stay pretty close to home. Storm moved in more quickly than we anticipated - last mile was 7:42 :). Made it 6.5 outside, added another 1.5 on my millE.

Legs and hip still very sore. So I stuck to Strength stuff. :/. I'm so antsy! But exhausted. I feel like I haven't slept in a week.

Have to work today which is the big pits. Districts for track. Molly is headed to Burke. She's in the 4x800. They've got a great team. So excited for her. I told her to text me asap post race. I know she's disappointed that she's not in an individual event, but she said to me this morning, "that's ok, I'm in the first event and I can put everything into that, and then just cheer and eat junk food all day." So I loaded her up with cash. :)
