Not getting any better. No terrible symptoms but just enough of them to make me feel like staying in bed all day. Got up but didn't do much besides grill some burgers for family Memorial Day picnic.

smilEy, justinmollafk and I from PLC to Candlewood (my first time there) to Biys Town; spectated the Memorial Day races there; smilEy and I back to PLC.

NDORFNZ alum Seth took BT 5-miler in (I heard course record) 24:26.
Solo effort, had he had competition he'd have gone even faster. Kid is amazing. I expect to see him in the olympics.

Great Morning for a ride. Dropped bikes at Menards in Ralston and rode South. Had some things I needed to pick up at Menards after so it worked out good.
Happy Memorial Day!

Happy Memorial Day!

I am pretty sure I saw Carl drive by on 84th Street! Feeling the effects of the race Saturday a bit in my run today.

Song of the day: "This Is My Song", choral version from the Journeysongs Third Edition: Volume 28. Composed by Jean Sibelius with text by Lloyd Stone, this is a wonderful piece for Memorial Day.
